We are 99% sold out of BRC Ranch Beef, our flagship product, and thus have temporarily closed the store until our next processing re-stock, which is expected the last week of September or first week of October. You are welcome to order what we have in stock, and either ship, or, plan a time during regular business hours and arrange a pickup with our store manager.

Store On Pause Starting September 1st
BRC Ranch Beef - our flagship product - is sold out other than a few remaining cuts. We will temporarily pause the store starting September 1st, and re-open when our next beef processing is ready. Our next processing date is September 10th, and we age our beef 14 days, so, the expected re-stock / re-open date is on or around September 24th. As alway we appreciate your support!
